A new survey by the University of Chicago Booth School of Business finds that America’s top economists are not fans of Modern Monetary Theory:

So maybe it shouldn’t be a larger part of the public conversation.

  1. When was the last time the USA had a true surplus? Not just one where we had a single-year budget surplus and could pay down the debt a little, I’m talking actual, non-indebted, surplus?
